The Word Generation vocabulary program deals with a new topic each week. Student are exposed to vocabulary words for the week and an article with discussion in English/LA class. On Friday the students write about the topic in English/LA. The Library is covered in word signs every week. On the Word Generation page (part of the Library page navigation) each week there will be tools to support this program:
- an audio Voki speaking the words and discussion questions
- the words listed with definition links and also put into a visual Wordle
- a poll students can take to express their opinion of which debate choice they support or write their own

Extra information for teachers: Eating meat is a very efficient way to get nutrients. Most Americans eat about 75 grams of animal protein per day. This is twice as much meat as people in other countries. It is also more than twice the government recommendation for annual protein.
